Terms of Advertising

These terms of advertising govern the use of the advertising services offered by VALEXIA LLC on the escortsriviera.com website. By submitting a listing, the advertiser unconditionally accepts these terms.

1. Nature of the service

escortsriviera.com is an online classified advertising directory. VALEXIA LLC provides advertising space to independent adult service providers. The site does not participate in the organisation of appointments, does not receive any commission on services provided by advertisers, and does not intervene in the relationship between the advertiser and their clients.

2. Eligibility

To be permitted to publish a listing, the advertiser must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be an independent provider acting on their own behalf;
• Provide a valid identity document and a selfie upon registration;
• Not act on behalf of a third party, an agency or an organisation;
• Reside or operate in the geographic area covered by the site.

3. Listing content

The advertiser warrants that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date;
• Photos submitted personally represent them and are authorised for publication;
• The content contains no reference to minors, forced prostitution, human trafficking or any illegal activity;
• The content does not mention rates, explicit sexual services or availability schedules;
• The advertiser holds all necessary rights over the photos and content submitted.

Users agree not to offer, solicit, or imply sexual services. Violations will result in legal action and account suspension.

4. Moderation

Every listing is subject to manual verification by the VALEXIA LLC team before publication. VALEXIA LLC reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing without having to justify its reasons, in particular if it does not comply with these terms or applicable legislation.

5. Packages and payment

Advertising packages are described on the Advertise page. Payment is due for advertising space only — never for an introduction, booking or client referral. No refund is granted in the event of a listing being removed for non-compliance with these terms.

6. Renewal

Packages do not renew automatically. The advertiser receives notifications before their listing expires. A renewal benefits from a 15% loyalty discount.

7. Listing removal

VALEXIA LLC may remove a listing at any time without notice in the event of a breach of these terms, a report of illegal content, or a request from competent authorities. The advertiser may also delete their listing at any time from their advertiser account.

8. Advertiser liability

The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their listing and their activities. VALEXIA LLC cannot be held liable for the acts, omissions or failures of advertisers towards their clients or the authorities.

9. Amendments

VALEXIA LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are subject to French law with regard to obligations applicable to online content hosts and publishers. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
