VALEXIA LLC is committed to promptly removing any illegal content once it becomes aware of it, in accordance with its obligations as a hosting provider under the LCEN and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

1. Content eligible for removal

Content involving or depicting minors;
Content related to human trafficking, procuring or exploitation;
Content violating a third party's image rights or privacy;
Content infringing a third party's intellectual property rights;
Content contrary to the site's terms of use;
Any content declared illegal by a competent judicial authority.

2. How to report content

To request the removal of content, you may:

Use our reporting form;
Send an email to support@escortsriviera.com with the subject line "Content Removal".

Your request must include:

The exact URL of the content concerned;
The nature of the illegal content and the reasons for your request;
Your contact details (name, email);
Where applicable, any document establishing your right (intellectual property title, court order, etc.).

3. Processing times

We undertake to acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 hours and to process reports within the following timeframes:

Hateful content (minors, trafficking): immediate removal upon confirmation of illegal nature;
Other illegal content: processed within 72 working hours;
Intellectual property rights: processed within 5 working days.

4. Reporting to authorities

In accordance with its legal obligations, VALEXIA LLC reports to the PHAROS platform any content falling within the following categories:

Child sexual abuse material or content involving minors;
Incitement to or glorification of terrorism;
Content related to human trafficking.

5. Rights of the advertiser concerned

The advertiser whose content is removed is notified by email, unless such notification is likely to jeopardise an ongoing investigation or alert the author of manifestly illegal content.
