Advertiser Agreement

By creating an account and submitting a listing on escortsriviera.com, the advertiser unconditionally accepts this agreement entered into with VALEXIA LLC.

1. Independent status of the advertiser

The advertiser represents and warrants that they are an independent provider acting exclusively on their own behalf. There is no agency, employment, partnership or mandate relationship between the advertiser and VALEXIA LLC.

2. The site does not participate in services

escortsriviera.com does not participate in the organisation, facilitation or billing of services provided by the advertiser to their clients. The site:

• Does not make bookings on behalf of the advertiser;
• Does not collect any commission on appointments or services;
• Does not control rates, services, locations or schedules;
• Does not intervene in communications between the advertiser and their clients;
• Does not vet the advertiser's clients.

3. Advertiser representations

The advertiser represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years of age;
• They are acting freely and of their own free will;
• They are not under the control, direction or influence of any third party;
• All photos submitted personally represent them;
• They hold all necessary rights over the content submitted;
• The content of their listing complies with applicable legislation;
• They will immediately inform VALEXIA LLC of any change affecting the accuracy of their representations.

4. Prohibited content

The advertiser undertakes not to submit content:

• Involving or depicting minors in any way;
• Referring to human trafficking, procuring or coercion;
• Mentioning rates for sexual services;
• Using photographs of third parties without their consent;
• Containing false or misleading information;
• Promoting an agency or third-party service.

5. Identity verification

The advertiser agrees to submit a valid official identity document and a selfie upon registration. These documents are used solely to confirm the advertiser's age and identity. The document image is automatically deleted within 30 days of verification, in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is due for advertising space only. No refund is granted in the event of a listing being removed for breach of this agreement or the terms of advertising.

7. Removal and suspension

VALEXIA LLC reserves the right to suspend or remove any account or listing, without notice and without refund, in the event of a breach of this agreement, a report of illegal content, or a request from competent authorities.

8. Indemnification

The advertiser agrees to indemnify VALEXIA LLC against any claim, loss, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from a breach of this agreement or any illegal activity by the advertiser.

9. Limitation of liability

VALEXIA LLC cannot be held liable for the acts, omissions or failures of advertisers towards their clients or the authorities. VALEXIA LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the advertiser for the current advertising package.

10. Amendments

VALEXIA LLC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. The advertiser will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new agreement.
